FORTNIGHTLY SUMMARY.

West Coast Times Office, September 2, 1867. Our last Summary was published on the 16th ult. for transmission to Europe by the Suez mail via Melbourne. In our present issue we give the history of a fortnight, closing with to-day. The mails for England and America, via Panama, will be despatched by the Airedale, for Wellington. The P. N. Z. and A. R. M. Company's steamship Kaikoura, arrived at Wellington on the 27th ult., having left Panama on the 25th July. The latest London dates are via Southampton, July 3 ; via New York, July 12.
