BINNEY will sell by public auction, at the Mart, Wharf-street, on Saturday,' at 11 o'clock sharp, That very valuable section, No. 1540, in the record map of Hokitika, having a frontage of 33 feet to Eevell-street, and 168 feet to Spencer-street. The proprietor of this very fine section has cut it up into nine sections, so as to bring it within the power of every working man to be the owner of his own homestead. The Section is perfectly dry, and has a splendid view of the sea ; the ground is everything that a man can desire for a garden ; and last, though not least, there is firewood, and plenty of good water close at hand.
