Schedule IV.
DUTIES ON SUCCESSIONS TO HEAL AND PERSONAL ESTATE.
Where tho successor shall be the lineal issue or lineal ancestor of the predecessor a dnty upon the value of the succession at tho rate of Ll per cent.
Where tho successor shall be a brother or sister to a descendant of a brother or sister of the predecessor a duty upon the value of tho succession of L 3 per cent.
Where tho successor shall be a brother or a sister of the father or mother or a descendant of a brother or sister of the father or mother of the predecessor a duty upon tho value of tho succession of L 5 per cent.
Where' tho successor shall bo a brother or sister of the grandfather^or grandmother or a descendant of a brother or sister of the grandfather or grandmother of tho predecessor a duty upon the value of the succession of L 6 per cent. Where the successor shall be in any other degree of collateral consanganuity to tho predecessor than is hereinbefore described a duty upon the value of the succession of L 7 per cent.
Where the successor shall be a stranger in blood to the predecessor a duty ujfcn the value of the succession of LlO per cent. Exemptions from the foregoing duties. AXL successions givon to or in trust for or which shall devolvo upon or bo aoquired by the husband or wife of the predecessor.
