NEW WEEKLY PAPER, ON SATUEDAY NEXT, THE 3Rif AUaiTST, At Two o'clock p.m., Will be Published, the First Number of (sltt j^ptdt, A WEEKLY JOUENAL OF NEWS, POLITICS, AND LITERATUEE. /The object of the Publishers is to furnish a full resume of the history of the week to those who have not the leisure to read the daily newspapers, or who have not convenient access to them. All the events of the week will be carefully recorded, and intelligence will be given by electbic telegbaph and otherwise, to the latest moment before publication. The literary department of The Despatch will comprise Comments on the Public Events of the Day, Original Essays, and Tales and other Selections from the current periodical literature. The Despatch will be marked by many special features including " Notes and Queries," Popular Games, Columns for Family Eeading, and Local Sketches and Notabilia. No. 1 of The Despatch will contain the first chapter of a Popular Novel, to be continued from week to week, and " Notes by a Desultory Man." Tomeettheconvenience of ajl classes, the price of the Despatch has been fixed at Sixpence. A very large Town Cibculation is anticipated.
