LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

Three Bills were introduced by Hon. Major Richardson, and read a first time — one to consolidate and amend the statute law relating to accessories and abettors of indictable offences, another to regulate the business of marine store dealers, and a third for the more effectual protection of Her Majesty's navy and victualling stores in New Zealand.
