The half-yearly general meeting of the shareholders of the Hokitika and Greymouth Tramway Company (limited) was held yesterday, at noon, at the Company's Offices, Eevell street North, for the purposo of receiving the report of the Directors for the pftst half-year. Mr M'Beath was in the chair, and briefly stated the object of the meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The secretary (Mr W. Henderson) then read the following balance-sheet and report : — Balance-Siieet of the Hokitika and Greymouth Thamway Company Limited. 30th June, 1867.
