Auction Advertisements. PUBLIC NOTICE. A UCTION SALE of Town, Suburban, and Rural Allotments in the Manawahi district, in the Province of Wellington. Notice is hereby given, that Tow n, Suburban, and Rural allotments in the townships of FOXTON and PALMERSTON, in the Manawatu District, will be put up to public auction at this oflice, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of November next, at one o'clock p.m. The township of Foxton is situated in the Lower Block, and contains the shipping port, with a large number of valuable Town Allotments, also Suburban and Rural sections at Motoa, of excellent quality. The township of Palmerston is situated in the Upper Manawatu Block, and contains Town, Suburban, jind Rural allotments.- A large portion of the Suburban and Runvl allotments are laid off along the bank of the Manawatu river ; and the main lines of road now in progress of formation, leading to the navigable part of the river, the FortyMile Bush and Rungitiki, concen- ' Irate on the town of Palmerston.
