Engagement at Oswiecim. Fight between Prussians and Hanoverians near Langensalaz. General iSteinmetz, throws back the Austrian corps d'armee (Bamming) upon Josephstadt. Engagement of the same corps with the 6th and Bth Austrian corps under Archduke Leppold. June 28. — Action near Trautqnau. The troops of Prince Frederick Charles engaged near Munchegratz. June 29. — The Hanoverian army surrendered at discretion. Capture of Gitschin by the Prussian army. June 30.— Action at Kort, near Turnau, and at Chwalkowitz, between Knlitz and Kouighsof . An Austrian army corps under General Clam-Gallas compelled to retire upon Koniggratz. July 1. — Action at Gitschin. July 2.— Arrival of King William at Gitsohin. Junction of the Crown Prince's army with that of Prince Frederick Charles. July 3.— The battle of Sadowa.
