The " Gazette of Vie»na publishes a decree authorising the Mirister of Finance to raise a loan of 50,000,0D0 of florins on five per cent. Consols (Obligations), and 90,000,000 on - Governnent securities (Notes de VEtai).
It is asserted that th« appointment 6i Baron de Hnbner as Mirister. of Foreign Affairs is probable. It is also stated that the installation of a Hungarian Ministry, with Count Andrassy, vee-presid?nt of the Hungarian Chambers, as a member, was likely.
