BUCHAREST.
August 26. By the clisbandnient of 1100 (?) soldiers, twenty millions of piastres will be saved. The civil list of the Prince is fixed at a million and a half of francs. The new electoral law has been published. Scarcity, inducing a fear of famine, having shown itself in some parts of the country, the exportation of cereals other than corn has been prohibited ; and, in consequence of tlie bad harvest, the importation of cereals is allowed free. In the greater part of the country the cholera is decreasing.
