QUEENSCLIFF.
October 12. Wnl. Radford, a fisherman, has netted a carpet shark, nine feet long, in the Swan Pond. It was covered with weeds, and he could not see it. When he put his .hand in to take out a flounder, the shark pinned him, and tore off three of his fingers.
