The Land lias a frontage to the Christchurch road, and will be let for a term of twenty-one years, in blocks to suit intending applicants,- on the following terms, .viz., 10s per acre the first seven years of the term ; 15s per acre the second seven ; and 20s per acre during the residue of the said term. The rent to be paid half-yearly in adyance.
