Drunk and Incapable.— Thomas Maloney and John Tear were both fined ss, or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Drunk and Disorderly. — Lawrence Shaw was, fined 5s and 15s Respectively, or in default forty-eight hours' imprison*ment. , ' > Frank Robinson was charged wkh coinemitting a breach of tho peace in view of a constable, and also with assaulting Sergeant Dyer, who being Unable to attend, Robinson wasr remanded until to-morrow (this day), bail to^ be taken, himself in LlO, and two sureties in L 5 each. Lunactv— Henry Gaffin was charged with being of unbound mind, and remanded until the 3rd instant for medical examination. Mary Kitchen and Robert "Wilson Hope were arrested on a warrant forwarded from Sydney, charging them with the abduction of a girl under sixteen years of age. They were both remanded until to-morrow, and -in the meantime admitted to bail, themselres in L6O each; and two sureties of L3O each. The Court was then adjourned until 11 o'clock to-morrow (this day).
