RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before G. G. FitzGeiald, Esq., R.M.) Saturday, Sept. 29. Drunk, and Disorderly. — Patrick But- V ler was fined 5s and 15s respectively, or, in default, to be imprisoned for 48 hours. Perjury! — George Henry Chamberlain, on remand from the 21st instant, was again 1 remanded till the Bth October, at the request of the police. Larceny. — John Acheson Carr, on remand from the 21st, at the request of the police, was further remanded until the Bth October. Larceny.— George Henry Chamberlain and John Aldridge, on remand from the 21st September, were also remanded till the Bth October. The Court was then adjourned until 11 o'clock on Monday the Ist October.
