A meeting of the creditors of Mr Richard Reeves was held yesterday afternoon, when a statement o£ his affairs was submitted, shewing liabilities, LBOOO, and assets, L 2900. A profit and loss sheet, accounting for the deficiency, was also laid before the meeting, which, together with Mr Reeves' explanations, appeared to give general satisfaction. Mr Reeves proptsed to have the estate taken out of Court, and offered a composition of five shillings in the pound : one half in cash, and the balance by approved bills at two months. Tho offer was unanimously agreed to. There was a good attendance, nearly all the principal creditors' being represented.
