Dkunk and Incapable. — James Miiler and Sampson Bowd'en were both, fiiied '6a\ or in d'efaulj; 24 Hours' imprisonment. A further charge of indecent exposure of person was brought against Bowden, for which he was fined Ll, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment.
CIVIL CASE.
In the case of Hackett v. Cown, his Worship gave judgment this morning for the plaintiff, for Lls, the value of the horse } defendant to have the option pf giving up the hdrse and paying coetsi . The Court Was then ddjddrhed until U o'cldca on Monday, $rd insl.
