ITALY.

The Italian array is vow in full advance. A few days ago it rested on the Oglio, afterwards crossed that river, as also the river Mella, and is now en echelon on the Chiesa. Cialdini, with the 4th army corps in Bologna, is in front of that part of Venetia which is outside of and to the right of the Quadrilateral. The 3rd corps, under l^ella Roeca, is extended midway between Bologna and Piacenza, which is the head-quarters of the army. Cucchieri's corps is in its former position, and the Ist corps, under Giovanni Durando, is extended from Lodi to Brescia. General Cevale, with his division, occupies the latter. Lalo, Lenarto, Menechiano, and Bergamo are occupied by brigades. The divisions of the Neapolitan General Pianelli and the Garibaldian General Sirlori, are distributed in the centre at Crema, Soregina, Orzinova, and Sodeino. A division is also posted at Pizzighettone, Casale, Pusterlenzo, Co- ! dogno, St. Angelo, and Borghetto, so as to form a junction between Lodi and Pizzighettone. Thus the advanced guard of the army is facing the Quadrilateral between Verona and Mantua, while the rear guard for the present rests on the Adda and the Po. By this arrangement the post of honor and of danger seems to be reserved for the Ist corps under Durando, an old aud tried soldier who fought with great skill and bravery in the two previous Italian campaigns, and defended Vicenza against Radet/.ki with- great obstinacy, with a greatly inferior force. Garibaldi has joined the volunteers at Como, where he was received with acclamations. The ik\v Ministry uuder Ricasoli has begun itb work with the hearty support of the country. Tlv Chamber of Depu* ties has voted the whole bill granting extiaordiiiiuy powers to the Government, and has held its last sitting, closing with the expression of a fervent prayer on behalf of the King, the army, and ihe volunteers.

On June 1 8th war was formally proclaimed against Austria; and at five o'clock on the morning of the 21st the King set out from Florence for the camp, amidst an enthusiastic ovation from th© whole population.
