New York, June 16. The House of Representatives concurred in the Senate's amendments to resolution on reconstruction. The resolution, as amended, has now passed both Houses, but requires ratification, by the State Legislations. General Santa Anna has issued a Sroclamation from New York, offering }8 services to ,the Republican cat&e }tj lexico, and exhorting the Mexicans 1 to" unite, to expel the Usurper Maximilian.
The Prepident has vetoed the Bill granting important privileges to Motan-arain-nesota.
