The rei suit is flattering and gratifying, in having so many friends in the district where I am known ; I shall endeavor to the utmost of my ability to increase a-nd cement that friendship throughout Westland by doing my duty, not only towards the Totara district, whose progress is identical with Westland's future prosperity, but also for the whole of the Wostland goldfields. I THE Undersigned John Gow, hereby 5 make application to register the " Scandinavian Gold-mining Company under the provisions of the " Mining Company's Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular. 1.
