RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT (Before G. G. FitzGerald, Esq., R.M.)

Thursday, 28tit June. There was no criminal business before the Court W-day. CIVII, CASES. v Glogoski and Co., v. Selby —Mr Button appoared for the defendant. Judgment for £8 10s and costs, for professional services as musicians. Solomon v. Grey, for goods supplied, cash lent, and board and lodging. Judgment by default for full amount claimed, £26 7s aud cbsts.

Grey v. Schluter— Mr O'Loughlin appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed, £31 5s and costs— the amount of defendants acceptance. Kerwin v. Cronin.— Mr Rees appeared for the defendant. Judgment for £19 2s 6d and cost 9, for goods supplied, Scott v. Patterson.— Mr Button appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Rees for defendant. Judgment for amount claimed (L 25 18s) and costs, for goods sold to defendant by M'Landress and Co. at auction, actihg for theplaintiff. Bond v. Toby. -Mr Campbell appeared for the plaintiff, who sought to recover tho sum of Ll2 for board and lodging. Judgment for tho amount, by default, with costs.

Tho Court was adjourned until eleven o'clock to-day.
