Hall & Finlay v. Green. — For goods sold and delivered. Mr Button for the plaintiffs; Mr Rees for the defendant. Judgment by consent for £31 6s, amount claimed, and costs. Oakeß v. Ellis. — For professional services. Mr Button for the plaintiff. Judgment by default for £6 7s, and costs. \*x v. Garven.— Mr Button apmejfted for the plaintiff. Judgment by de?apji\ for £18, amount of dishonored mmw j J^eph v. Turner. — Mr Ileea , appeared foi:ibe defendant. The plaintiff sought to recover the sura of £2 10s, for sixteen days' work on board the Star of the Evening, at the rate of £5 per month. The plaintiff nonsuited. Turner & Turin v Coles.— For goods supplied and money lent. Judgment for the amount claimed, £3 3s 6d, and costs. Marshall v. Burke. — For firewood supplied. Judgment by default for £S, and costs.
Moran v. Collins. — Judgment for £10 11s, and costs, amount of an 1.0. U. There were a few more undefended cases, which were of no public interest or importance whatever. The Court was then adjourned until eleven o'clock this day.
