MORE THAN SIXTY THOUSAND ARE NOW IN USE.
At tho Plymouth Meeting o fch Royal Agricultural Sooiety of England, July, 1866, J. and F. Howard won every prizo for which they competed, viz : — Two first Prizes for tho best Haymaking Machines, and tho First Prizo for the best Horse Rako. Theso machines have won every First. Prizo at evory competitive trial, both at homo and abaoad.
The following prizes have been awarded to J. and F. Howard by tho Royal Agricultural Society of England : — Fortj-four First Prizes, for tho best Ploughs for light land, best Ploughs for hoavy land, best Ploughs for general purposes, best Ridging Ploughs, best Subsoil Ploughs, host Harrows, best Horse Rakes, best Ilaymnkors, and best Horse Hoes ; also, the Gold Medal, and other prizes, for Steam Cultivating Machinery, which is especially adapted for laying down land for permanent pasturei
