These establishments, although at present carried on conjointly, are separate buildings, and will be sold in one or two or three lots, to suit purchasers. The hotel has hitherto done a flourishing trade, and is ono of the most comfortable in town. The restaurant is famed on account of the first-class stylo in which it has been managed, and is well patronised.
