In tho flour market, matters aro stationary as to value 5 tho stock, however, has been incroasod by tho arrival of tho ship Emma with a cargo of tho first of tho now flour of tho favorite Ramos brand, tho superior quality of which will, no doubt, command a quick snlo. Tho last intelligence from llolbourno has induced holders of both sugars and teas to hold firmly, and will possibly advanco in prices. At tho present moment thoro aro parties disposed to speculate, but 110 transactions which may bo considered outqide of trade parcels havo trail* spired. Kerosono has improved in valuo 5 4s 8d may bo quoted as tho holding prico.
