Cleary. — Judgment by default, for goods sold and delivered, for amount claimed, £5 6s 4d, and costs 7s. In the cases of Berndt v. Layton, O'Connor and Ward v. M'Gowan and Edgar, Anderson and Mouatt v. Campbell, Martin v. Gawn, Learmonfc and otherß v. Kingswell, there was no appearance of plaintiffs or defendants. The Court was Jadjoumed until eleven o'clock to-morrow.
