(Before G. G. Fitzgerald, Esq., R.M.) Wednesday, 16tii May. Drunk and Incapable. — Samuel Powell was fined £1, or in default 48 hours imprisonment. Drunk and Disorderly. — John Drury,. Michael Norton, and John Peel, wero severally fined £l, or 48 hours imprisonment, with hard labour. CIVIL CASKS. Airth v. Potter. — Judgment by default, for £1 10s, with costs ss, for firewood sold and delivered. Brocklehurst v. Cleary. — Judgment by default, for goods sold and delivered, for amount claimed, £5 6s 4d, and costs 7s. In the cases of Berndt v. Layton, O'Connor and Ward v. M'Gowan and Edgar, Anderson and Mouatt v. Campbell, Martin v. Gawn, Learmonfc and otherß v. Kingswell, there was no appearance of plaintiffs or defendants. The Court was Jadjoumed until eleven o'clock to-morrow.
