Now Zealand, and Vicioria, will he hold in Melbourne in 1866. The Exhibition will open not earlier than the month of August, and will remain open for not less than two months. The Commissioners will beprt.pared to receive article. 1 * intended for exhibition from the Ist to •he 21s" of July inclusive. In order to give the Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arritwemcnls, forms of application for space should ho sent in without delay, and in no caso will applications be received later than the 17iu June, 1866. Intending exhibitors are requested to give a full description of their goods on tho form on th'o other side anc 1 particularly to deseribo all points of novolty or originality in tho objects exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they aro the designer*, inventors, mannfactiuers. or producers of the articles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receive for exhibi ion only, and not for competition (if spneo admit), any object not the pi odnce of the above-mentioned Colonies, whioh may be considered to possess especial merit. The Commissioners dcolino to receive any article they may think unsuit ible to tho Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered at the building at the charge aud risk of thp exhibitor. Articles and packages will be unloaded at the building. Should tho exhibitors or their agents not be 1 present, the packages ill pened by the otlicers of the Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with caro, but at the risk of the exhibitor Ticket? will be issued to every exhibitor, his agent, or Borvant, to enable him to pass into the building between certain hours to arrange tho articles for exhibition These tickets must bo , produced on entrance, and given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keep in order tho articles they exhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining written permission from tho Commissioners to that effect. Free admission, wiihin limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will ho given to visitor or their agents Effeonnl means will be taken, through the agency of the police nnd otherwise, to guard apainst fire and protect the property in the exhibition ; but the Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, acoident, or damage of any kind. ■ Mcd ils or certificates of merit will be awarded in the different elapses Prices m\y bo aflixod to the articles exhibited.
