Wholesale house's have had ample opportunities of replenishing itooki from the auction rooms, several large parcels of suitable goods having been offered and placed at prices' near our last quotations. Spirit* are well maintained. Best brands of Jjrandj in bulk sell favorably to importers. Beer in glass not in demand ; colonial ale holds t preference. Flour has again given way. Adelaide (Hart's), has been told at £23 10s; and Chilian, £18. Somq parcels of Adelaide and Chilian, not guaranteed, wo understand have been sold under these figures. At the largo sale of merchandise held by E. . Beeves and Co. on Tuesday last, vory good prices war* realised, and, judging from the attendance and number of linos plaoed, our market cannot be orer-Btooked.
