Regulations for the guidance of Intending Exhibitors. An exhibition of tbo produots, manufactures, and arts of Now South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria, will be held in MM bourno in 1866. The Exhibition will open not rairlier than the month of August, and will mmain open for not less than two months. The Commissioners will be prtpared to receive articles intended for exhibition from Iho Ist to the 21st of July inclusive. In order to give the Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of application for space should be sent in without delay, and in no, case will applications bo received later than the 17th June, 1866. Intending exhibitors aro requested to give a full description of their goods on the form on the other side, and particularly to describe all points of novelty or originality in the objects exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they are the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of the artioles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receive for exhibi'ion only, and not for competition (if space admit), any object not the produce of the above-mentioned Colonies, which may be considered to possess especial merit. The Commissioners decline to receive any article thoy may think unsuitable to the Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangeroim character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered at the building at the charge and risk of tho exhibitor. Artioles and packages will be unloaded at the building. Should the exhibitors or their agents not be present, the packages ill pened by the officers of tbo Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with care, but at the risk of the exhibitor. Tickets will be issued to every exhibitor, his agent, or servant, to enable him to pass into the building between certain hours to arrange tho articles for exhibition- These tickets must be produced on entrance, and givon up when required. Exhibitors pay employ assistants to keep in order tbe articles they exhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining written permission from the Commissioners to that effect. Freo admission, wiihin limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will bo given to visitor or their agents. Effectual means will be taken, through the agency of tho police and otherwise, to guard against fire and proteot the property in the exhibitiou ; but tho Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, accident, or damage of any kind. Mod ils or certificates of merit will be awarded in the different classes Prices may be affixed to the articles exhibited. Articles of great size and weight, the placing of which will require considerable labor, must bo sent on or before tho 14th of June ; and pewons wishing to exhibit machinery or other objects that will require foundations, must make a declaration to that effect in their application for space. Any exhibitor whoso goods can properly he placed together will be ' at liberty to arrange such gooda in bis own way, provided his arrangements are compatible with the general scheme of the exhibition, and the convenience of other exhibitors.
