HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notliied that he has fixed Friday, the sixth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty six, at the hour of noon, at a special sitting of the Waste Land Board at Greymouth, as the time and place when a sale by auction of Town Lands shall take place, in accordance with clause 24 of the Waste Land Regulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Land of the Crown, now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
