SALE OF THE TOWN LANDS OF HOKITIKA. mHE First Government Sale of the Town Lands of HoMtita being advertised to take place on the 3rd April, the undersigned desires to draw the attention oi persons seeking an opportunity for profitable investment, to the occasion that now offers of acquiring land in this rapidly rising township, which is now, and must continue to be, the capital of Westland. The lots advertised for sale, at an upset price of £48 per acre, are situated near the busy parts of the town, and comprise 314 sections, varying in size from one twentieth to one eighth of an acre, 150 of which sections have already been built upon by holders of business licenses, which is an assurance that the land has already acquired a market value, which will be further enhanced by the increasing prosperity of the town. Persons desirous of obtaining land at this sale, and who cannot conveniently attend in person, should immediate instructions to the undersigned to purchase on their behalf.
