Every porson desirous of obtaining a license for a Slaughter House, or place for Slaughtering Cattle, must, ten days beforo such gji ecial meeting, give to the Clerk of the Bench a notice in writing of his intention to apply for such license, and must describe in the said notice tho house or place intended to be licensed.
