Saturday, Bim> March. (Beforo G. G. FitzGorald, Esq., R.M.)

Luiucy — Nicholas Paris was brought up on remand, charged with being of unsound mind. Dr Ityley said that the man was still weak both mentally and bodily. The camp was not a fit place for lunatics, and it was almost impossible to do them any good there. If Paris were sent to the Christchurch asylum he would very soon recover. Remanded till the 6th instant to obtain the evidence of a second medical man, as this is necessary before his Worship can remand anyone charged with lunacy to that Christchurch. The Court then adjourned till eleven o'clock on Monday morning.
