Kkoulations for the quidanoe op Intending Exhibitors. Ah oxliibition of tho products, manufactured, and arts of New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria 1 , will be held in Melbourne in 1866. Tho Exhibition will open not earlier than tho month of August, and will remain open for not less than tw6 months. The Commissioners will bo prepared to receive articles intended for exhibition frdiu the Ist to tho 21st of July inclusive. ' In order to give the Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arrangomenW, forms of implication for space should be' sent in without delay, and in no, case will applications be received later than tho 17th June, 1860. Intending exhibitors are requested to glvo ft full description of their goods oil the form on tho other side am 1 particularly to describe, nil points of novelty or originality in flio objects exhibited. Exhibitors must state whether they are the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of tho articles (hey propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to receive for exhibi'ion only, and not fOr y competition (if space admit), nny object not the pioducoof the above-mentioned Colonies, which may bo considered to posses* especial merit. Tho Oomniissionersdeoliue to receive any article they may think unsuitable to the Exhibition, or objocts of an inflammatory, offensive, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters and wall space will be provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be dolivered at tho building at tho charge and risk of tho exhibitor. Articlos and packages will be unloaded nfc the building. Should the oxhibitors or their agents not be present, the packages will be opened by the officers of tho Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with care, but at the risk of Ihe exhibitor Tiokots will bo issued to every exhibitor, his agent, or servant, to enable him to pass into the building between certain hours to arrange tho articles for exhibition These tickets must bo produced on entrance, and givon up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keop in order tho artioles they exhibit, or to oxpJnin them to visitors, after Obtaining \vritten permission from tho Commissioners to that effeot. Freo admission, within limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will bo givon to visitors or thoir ngonts. Efteotuul means will bo taken, tlirough the agency of tho police and otherwise, to guard against fire and protect the property in the oxhibition ; but tho Commissioners will hot be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, accidonfc, or dainngo of any kind. Mod Us or cortilicates of movit will be awarded in tho different classes Prices may bo affixed to the articles exhibited. Artioles of great size and weight, the placing of which will require considerable labor, must bo sent on or before the 14th of June j and ponons wishing to exhibit machinery or other objects that will require foundations, hiust roako n declaration to that effect in their application for spaco. Any exhibitor whoso goods can properly bo placed together will bo at liberty to arrange such good^in his own \vay» provided his arrangemonts mo compatible with tho genoral scheme of tho exhibition, and tho convenience of othor oxhibitors.
