Hiß Honor th» Superintendent directs it to bo notified that tho following roserves, made by him temporarily, undor tho 19th clause of tho w aste Land llcgulations, have been confirmed by tho Provincial Council : — No. 440 in red, two acres eight porohes, moro or loss, 9ituato in tho town of Holiitika, boing bounded on tho west by Tanorcd-street, on tho S.E. by Stafford-street, and on tho N.jß. by Filz-gerald-Btreet, for tho usoa of tho Eomnn Catholic Church.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to bo notified that tho purpose of reserve 440 as desoribed in tho Provincial Government Qazette of tho 9th Becombor, 1865, having been amended in the Provincial Counoil, the came is hereby cancelled, and that xipon the recommendation of tho Provincial Counoil, the following is substituted therefor, viz. : — For tho uses of the Provincial Government and particularly for police purposes.
