Tho G-onoral Government Gazette contains three notices under the hand of his Excellonoy Iho fl-ovornor. Tho first is addressed to th« Log'slati/o Councillors and members of tho House ot Representatives, and states that hisExcil ency, having thought fit to dissolve tho latter House, docs so by proclamation, and its membors aro discharged from their meeting and atlondomo on Iho 20th ITobruary, to which day tho Ilouao stood prorogued. Tho Bocond proclaims tho issuo of writs for tho now olections, which writs aro to bear dato tho 27th January, and aro to bo roturnablo on tho 10th April noxt. Tho third proclamation calls togethor tho Houso of Ecprcsontutivos to meet at tho city of Wellington, on Monday, tho 16th of April noxfr, thon and thoro to havo conforonco with tho Legislative Council of jtho colony.
