Via Sydnky. Wo have English intelligence to the 12th of November. The Imperial Parliament had been further prorogued to the 23rd of November. Cholera continues to extend its ra- . vages with appalling rapidity. In Palestine its effects have been particularly severer A treaty of commerce has been concluded between Austria and England. The Danish Ministry have resigned. The French Ministry have resolved u|)ou reducing the army and navy expenses by twenty millions of francs. The Austrian Government has notified its intention to adopt a free trade policy. We have also later intelligence froni the United States. The Fenians have been assuming n much bolder front. They have established their headquarters in Now York, and openly threaten to invade Canada. They have troops actually under arms to carry out this design. The United States troops are also o N n the alert to provent any breach of neutrality on the American soil. The British ambassador has been mutually appointed umpire in the disputed claims between the Columbian Government and the United States. WirU has been hanged, having been convicted of groat barbarity to Federal prisoners under his charge. < The markets are reported as firmer ; flour in great demand for export; two vessels loading for Sydney. AMKMCA. The Shenandoah's crew were paid off at Lisborne. Captain "Waddcl surrendered the vessel to Earl Itiisscll, .who handed it over to the American Consul, by whom it was sent to New York. The captain and crew have not been sent to America for trial.
