An ordor in Council proclaims the beach at Hokitika four hundred yards on tho western sido of tho Custom Houso, and one hundred yards on tho castorn side, making a total of fivo hundred yards, Iho legal lauding placo at tho Port of Hokilika, under tho Customs Regulation Act. Tho proclamation takes offocb from date, viz., tho 2nd January.
