Of courso I should dosiro lo soo a oa ful and steady prosecution of Railwa; Harbor Works, and other Publio Wor and should oarnostly ondoavor to av< financial ombarrassmentof tho Province I trust that, if elected, I shall bo ( abled by tho Provincial Council to di with tho claims of Timaru, of Wostlai and indeed of all tho outlying districts tho Province, in sucha spirit of liberality will tond to romovo thoso difficulties a misunderstandings which at prose exist.
