Passenger Killed In Fall From Train

GREYMOUTH, Yesterday (PA).— A passenger on the last express from the West Coast prior to the railway strike on Saturday was killed when the trai'n was passing through the Otira tunnel. He was John William Molloy, aged 44 ye».rs, married, a sawmill worker of Kotuku. Molloy was travelling to Christchurch and left his seat in a first-class carriage about 2.10 a.m. when the train was moving through the Otira tunnel apparently to use a convenience. It is thought he opened the wrong door and stepped off the trai'n. Extensively injured, he was dead when found.
