Truman Ignores Stalin's Birthday
WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 (Reed. 6 pm).—President Truman today officially ignored Stalin’s birthday. It is Mr Truman’s usual practice to cable greetings to all heads of State on their birthday, but he sent no greeting to Stalin. This is the second year Mr Truman has given Stalin the cold shoulder.
