World's Smallest Village
LUENEBURG (Germany).—Sftallest village in the world is Konstantinopel, Luxeneburg Heath, Norath Germany. It has one house. Nobody—not even the owner of this old farmhouse and inn—knows why the “village” was named Konstantinopel. Some people suppose that the house might have been built by the Turks when lhe Thirty Years War swept the Heath. The owner, 56-year-old Wilhelm Fehler, has one great trouble—many letters reach him only after a detour through Turkey.— Reuter.
