LONDON, Doc. 20 (Recd. I.sam). The latest edition of “Jane’s Fighting Ships” gives the following picture of Soviet sea power now or in the near future:

Two new 36,000-ton battleships mounting 16-inch guns, 16- heavy cruisers. 100 destroyers and torpedoboats, 370 submarines with 120 building. Tne target, for December, 1951, is given as 1000 submarines in service.
