NEGOTIATIONS IN RAIL DISPUTE STILL CONTINUE

WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA).— Negotiations for the settlement of the railway dispute over wage rates were continued yesterday between Cabinet Ministers and officials of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants the Railway Tradesmen’s Association and Engine-drivers’ Firemen’s and Cleaners’ Association. The negotiations will be resumed tomorrow. Meanwhile instructions issued to all branches of the A.S.R.S. not to take direct action pending present discussions still stand.
