Ten years ago, with 5,000,000 mem bers, they had £22,000,000. The biggest share is held by th Transport and General Workers anGeneral and Municipal Workers, whhave £9.000,000 between them. Mem bership last year dropped by 33,000Ihe first fall since 1939.
