Rangitikei Ladies’ Golf Club Trophies
Fourballs matches were played by members of the Rangitikei Ladies’ Golf Club at the closing day. After lunch the cups and trophies won during the season were presented to the winners by the president (Miss OLevett). The winners were:— Senior championship (Harris Cup and R.G.C. miniature), Mrs Bary; run-ner-up (Mrs Clark’s trophy), Mrs Whisker. Senior championship (Hart Cup and R.G C. miniature), Mrs Coleman; runner-up (Mrs Ralfe's trophy), Mrs R. Simpson. C grade championship (Mrs Coleman’s Cup and R.G.C. miniature), Mrs Kells; runner-up (club trophy), Mrs Swales. Drew cup for foursomes (cluo trophies), Mrs Tricker and Mrs Langdon; runners-up (club trophies), Mrs De Burgh and Mrs W. Simpson. Mrs Dalrymple’s cup for handicap play (and miniature), Mrs Feild; runner-up (Miss Willis’ trophy, Mrs I. SimpSon. Howarth Cup (3 best nett scores), Miss Tricker; Mrs McKenzie's Cup (3 best gross scores), Mr Clark; Mrs Whisker’s Cup (best aggregate of 4 bogey scores), Mrs Torrens. Eclectic competitions: Silver div. (Mrs McDonell’s trophy), Mis Barry; bronze div (Miss Levett's trophy), Mrs. Walton; C div., not competed for.
