PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 40 of “The Rating Act, 1925,” public notice is hereby given that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the whole of the County of Rangitikei will be taken on SATURDAY, the 18th November, 1950, on the proposal that the system of rating in the Rangitikei County be on the basis of the Unimproved Value, and it is hereby further notified that the hours of polling are from 9 a.m. at the following Polling Places (see below). PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 16 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” public notice is hereby given that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the whole of the County of Rangitikei will be taken on SATURDAY, the 18th November, 1950, on the proposal of the Rangitikei County Council as advertised in the “Taihape Times” and “Wanganui ■ Chronicle” newspapers to raise a Special Loan of £50,000 for the purpose of replacement of Bridges throughout the Rangitikei County; and it is further notified that the hours of Polling are from 9 a.m .to 7 p.m. at the following polling places (see below).
