Castlecliff Gol f Club's Bogey Won By L. Whetton
With a good card of 2 up, Leo Whetton won the senior bogey match at the Castlecliff Golf Club on Saturday on the count back from J. F. Rowe. The junior section was won by C. Higgle, all square, on the count back from L. V. Shepherd. The following competitions must be finalised by next week-end:— Butler Cup: G. Moulin and H. Hancox play R. O. Foster and C H. Whetton; Leo Whetton and W. Parke play J. A. Whetton and J. M. Gordon. Power Cup final: H. A. Gaskin plays Leo Whetton. Intermediate foursome championship: K. Shaw and F. Higgins play G. Moulin and H. Crane. Senior championship: A. R. Kitto plays J. F. Rowe. Intermediate championshp: R. G. Chamley plays K. Shaw. Closing day will be held on November 12, when an all-day programme will be featured.
