Labour Party Members Suspended For Their Communist Associations

LONDON, Oct 30 (Recd 7 pm).— The Labour Party has suspended 300 mine worker members for an indefinite period for association with the Communist “peace committee.” This follows a warning by the Labour Party secretary (Mr. Morgan Phillips) that it was incompatible with party membership for Socialists to take part in the Sheffield peace congress from November 13 to November 19.
