Causes Of Friction In Swimming Affairs Have Been Removed

CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night (PA). —“All causes of friction within the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association, particularly as they affect the relations between the New Zealand Council the Auckland centre and its chairman (Mr. W. O. Stockley), have been removed as a result of discussions at the annual general meeting.”

This statement was made after a discussion in committee at the annual meeting of the association today by the newly-elected president, Mr. F. E. Boulton, of Nelson, who said the meeting had authorised him to make the statement.
