SIX VOTES REGISTERED IN UPPER HOUSE AGAINST GAMING AMENDMENT BILL
WELLINGTON. Last Night (PA) The Legislative Council tonight gave the Gaming Amendment Bill a second reading on a division, the second reading being carried by 30 votes to six. « The six who voted against the Bill were: The Hons. C. W. D. 801 l (Wairarapa), T. Bloodworth (Auckland), W Grounds (North Auckland), B. . *cLeod (Jfeikling), Dr O. C. Mazengarb and J. T. Paul (Wellington).
